TOS / Guideline

● At least 50% of the commission must be paid before any work can be started.
– Can be split payments or pay in full up front.
– Tipping is optional but appreciated.● Commissions are done by in a respective time-frame unless stated otherwise.
– Will do my best to get commissions done respectively as soon as possible after the payment(s) have been made depending on schedule.
– Commissions with tighter deadlines will be prioritized first.● No refund after the first draft has been reviewed and approved.● Payments done by via PayPal Invoice (preferably).
– All payments in United States Dollars (USD).
– In the future I'm thinking about it doing it via Ko-Fi too but for now only PayPal Invoice.● All assets (reference images, other kinds of files, etc) are required before I can start the commission.
– If you have your own files to use, please make sure it's 100% your own, permission granted by the original creator/owner, free public-use, or purchased with a respective license.
– As an actual designer, neither you or me wants to deal with any copyright/plagiarism/art theft issues.● The commissioner cannot receive their completed commission files until ALL payments have been made.● I have full rights of:
– All commissions to use as samples in my portfolio.
– To turn down your commission request, no questions ask.● PLEASE properly credit me if you use any of my works.● All and any information in our discussions will remain private.● If you can't commission me but want to support me, you can also support me on my ko-fi!REMEMBER: I'm a human person, I may have other work to do besides Art/Design Commissions, so please be understandable and patient, thank you!

General INFO / FAQ

● VTubers / Streamers / Personal Friends can request any commission types if they wish to work with me.
– Please ask about schedule first!● What can be commissioned? Referenced characters only. These commissions are mostly only for characters/other subjects with image references. I will not accept the commission if there is only text description unless it's for miscellaneous stuff.
– WILL DO: original characters, vtuber avatars, fictional characters, real people, ships/pairings, small animals, semi-mature content.
– WILL NOT DO: r18 content of any minors, heavy mecha/characters/amor, gore, furry, large animals.● What does the completed commission(s) include? Commission includes high-resolution image files (png/jpg) excluding watermark sent via email or other methods (ie. Discord.)
– If you want the work file (psd/ai/clip/sai), there is an additional charge.
– Can be used for Personal Use. There is a charge for any Commercial Usage.
– Sharing on other social media is allowed as long as there is proper credit.● Where can I check my commission status? Commission statuses can be seen with the [ STATUS ] link to my Trello page.● What tools/programs do you use? I use the XP-PEN Artist 13.3 pen display and Clip Studio Paint EX. Then use various Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc for other/extra editing.● I DO NOT do NFTs, I do not support crypt0/NFTs and will deny any request relating to it.● No AI programs will be used in my work. Those programs use other artists' work without their consent or acknowledgement nor I allow AI programs to use my work.

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Send a completed form found in [ CONTACT ] via Twitter DM.2. A PayPal invoice will be sent the same week.
– There is a _{3 day (}72 hours) window for a payment to be made in order to reserve a commission slot.3. After receiving the payment and discussing other details, the 1st draft will be created and sent to the client for approval.
– During the draft stage, minor changes are allowed (*unlimited to an extent).4. Once approved, cleaning up (depending on the commission type) will be in progress. *Unlimited minor changes allowed to an extent.5. The completed commission is sent to the client.(*If the changes end up basically creating a whole new piece, I WILL charge a fee.)

EMOTE & BADGES COMMISSION PRICES + SAMPLES

● Prices updated as of 11/27/2021● Emote and Badge Commissions includes:
– Cropped (300x300 px) and full size transparent+ full resolution PNG files.
– Ready to use in assets, Twitch, Discord, Youtube, or other sites that allows them, etc.● For both Personal and Commercial Use.● Please provide references to the character(s), inspiration you have, etc. for the emotes and badges. If you want an emote of a certain expression/action, please provide references of those too!

ART COMMISSION PRICES + SAMPLES

Backgrounds (all types)
Please ask for a more accurate pricing.
● Simple (solid color, shape, etc.) +$5 ~ $30 USD
● Complex +$15 ~ $50 USDFOR COMMERCIAL USE (all types)
Additional 50% of commission price.

● Prices updated as of 07/10/2023● Art Commissions includes: full resolution image files (png/jpg) of the commission without any watermarks.
– A full transparent background version can also be given if needed.● Mostly for Personal Use. Additional charge for Commercial Usa.● For PNGTuber Models, they come with 2 image files (active/talking and inactive/not-talking) with 1 kind of facial expression.

DESIGN COMMISSION PRICES + SAMPLES

STREAM DESIGN PACKAGES

● Listing/Prices updated as of 1/30/2022● Design Graphic Commissions includes: full resolution image files (png/jpg) as a whole piece or separate pieces depending on the commissioner's needs.
– If you want the Work File (psd, ai , etc) of any of your finished Design Graphic Commissions that already does not include it already, there is an additional $20 USD per file.● If Client doesn't use Panels, they can be switched out for Emotes instead!● For now I do not do Animated Overlays/Screens.● Character Reference Sheet and Schedule Template does not include any art.

CUP HOLDER COMMISSION PRICES + SAMPLES

● Clients MUST provide to me:
– Cup holder/sleeve template (most production companies have their own templates to work with). Unless you're getting it from Camako, I have their files.
– Photos of the idol(s) to use for the commission, preferably waist-up photos. If given me the creative freedom, I can look for photos myself.
– The photos used must be either official or given permission by fansite(s).● ** Cup Holder Commissions includes:**
– Packaged work file for the manufacturing company.
– PNGs/JPGs files for photocards/postcards/other printed goods.● I DO NOT help with ordering, I'm just the designer.
